Your phone's bare body must be no more than 170 mm high and 86 mm wide. Both dimensions matter; screen size alone does not tell you whether it will fit. Remove any protective case or cover before insertion.
The phone must fit without force, with the lid fully closed and the latch securely locked. Foldable smartphones are not officially supported.
No. Remove your phone's protective case or cover before putting it inside AquaKara. Do not force the phone in or force the lid closed.
Choose a smooth, flat, rigid, non-porous area where the entire mounting pad can make continuous contact. Avoid grout lines, joints, seams, pits, cracks, raised texture and uneven or peeling surfaces. The wall must be clean and completely dry before installation.
Tile or glass is not automatically suitable: its surface and condition must meet these requirements. Keep the factory-fitted mounting pad attached on every supported surface.
Yes. After fitting the wall mount, leave it undisturbed and unloaded for 24 hours. Then gently check that it is secure before attaching AquaKara. This is part of first installation, not a wait before each daily use.
The adhesive mounting pad is already fitted to the wall mount. The phone and AC wall charger are not included.
No. AquaKara is designed to hold your own compatible phone. Check the fit requirements before buying.
No. A USB-A to USB-C cable is supplied; an AC wall charger is not. Follow the dry-charging instructions and use a standard DC 5 V / 1 A USB power source.
No. Charge only in a dry location away from running water, with the product and USB-C port dry. Disconnect the cable and close the port cover securely before shower use.
No. AquaKara is for normal shower use, not submersion or underwater use. Do not intentionally direct high-pressure water into the speaker area, charging port, latch or seal area.
Check your wall surface, fit the mount and allow the full 24-hour unloaded wait before attaching the case. The installation guide explains both adapter connections and how to check they are seated correctly.
Connect your phone before putting it inside AquaKara. Follow the checks for fit, mounting, full lid/latch closure and the charging-port cover before each use.
Find the portrait/landscape adjustment and the button actions for power, playback, Bluetooth disconnection, volume and tracks.
Read how to charge in a dry location, close the port cover and keep liquids out when opening the case.
Disconnect Bluetooth on the previously connected phone, or quickly double-press AquaKara's Power/Bluetooth button to disconnect the current connection. On the new phone, open Bluetooth settings and select AquaKara_101 before putting it inside the case.
After first pairing, AquaKara will try to reconnect to the last connected phone when powered on. To select it from your phone, open Bluetooth settings and choose AquaKara_101 before inserting the phone.
If AquaKara is connected to a different phone, follow the connection-switching steps above. If you still cannot connect, contact us and tell us your phone model and what you see in its Bluetooth settings.
Do not force the phone into the case or force the lid shut. Remove its protective case or cover and check that the bare phone is within 170 mm high × 86 mm wide.
If it still does not fit, the lid cannot close fully or the latch cannot lock securely, do not use AquaKara with that phone.
Do not use AquaKara if the mount slides, turns against the wall, feels loose or cannot hold the case securely. Do not use damaged, contaminated or deformed mounting parts.
The case-side adapter connection locks with two tabs; both must click securely. The wall-side connection must be pushed fully down to its end stop and visually checked—it does not click. Review the installation guide to check the required surface, 24-hour wait and connection sequence.
If the attachment is not secure or you are unsure what is wrong, contact us before using it.
Button functions can vary with your phone, app or Bluetooth connection state. Compare the action with the controls guide. If the behavior is still unclear, contact us with your phone model, app and the button action you tried.
For a sound, touchscreen, charging, moisture or damage issue that the guides do not resolve, contact us. Tell us what happened, which phone you use and what you were doing when the issue appeared.
Do not charge AquaKara while it or its USB-C port is wet. Do not use it if the lid, latch or port cover cannot close fully, or if its mounting is insecure.
Tell us what you need help with. You can ask a question before buying—you do not need an order number.
